Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at A Knitle Bit (“AKB”). 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. However, Exchanges and refunds are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED for change of mind, size, colour, or quantity. All items purchased are marked as final and are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns and/or refunds. Please note that exchanges/refunds are only available for items that are noticeable manufacturing defects. We will do a one for one exchange on the same item. If the item is out of stock, we will do a refund.

Returns and exchange

We deeply apologise if you have received a defective item.

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us via Direct Messages to AKB Instagram @aknitlebit or email us at aknitlebit@gmail.com with supporting photo proof within 24 hours of receiving your item. AKB will respond within 48 hours. Any request on returns after 24 hours will be rejected. Instructions will be given as to how to proceed with the return. Please note that the returned item must reach us within 5 maximum days after instruction email is sent. AKB is not liable for any lost mails in the return/exchange process.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Faulty items that’s been washed or worn will not be taken into consideration. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

AKB is not liable for any lost mails in the refund process. Please be sure to check your email inbox or junk.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Item should only be returned via courier and tracking number must be provided.

Cancellation policy

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, no cancellations or refunds can be made.
