Please read these Terms of Service ('Terms', 'Terms of Service') carefully before using the website (the 'Service') operated by A Knitle Bit (‘AKB’, 'us', 'we', or 'our').

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Order

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, no cancellations or refunds can be made. To avoid disappointment, please make sure that everything is correct before confirming the order. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

Delivery

Orders shall be shipped within 1-2 working days upon payment verification. Mailing days fall on weekdays. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded. For local orders, please allow 1-3 working days for the courier company to deliver your parcel.

Products

We make the effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. Please allow some minor differences in colours/shades due to photography lightings set in the studio and should not be considered as a manufacturing defect. The actual colours you see will also depend on your monitor; hence they may differ from products received. 

We take the measurements as accurately as possible. However, due to batch production, please allow minor differences from the stated measurement. Product measurements might differ up to 2" from what is provided on the website and it should not be considered as a defect.

For brand logo and/or brand label, placement of logo and/or label may differ from individual pieces due to hand sew.

Material care

Its is highly recommended to hand wash all AKB's product, avoid putting into washing machine, and do not sock it nor put into dryer. Also, do not mix colours while washing.

Accounts
 

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
